Dr. Vinutha Arunachalm a senior consultant obstetrician and Gynecologist at Apollo Women’s Hospital, Chennai Information Centre who has an experience of more than 25 years in this field, is on a two-day visit to Apollo Hospitals Information Centre,(Chennai), Olive Diagnostics & Poly Clinic, Siliguri. She also conducted an OPD in Siliguri from 14 October to 15 October. While interacting with the press she emphasized the importance of Laparoscopic surgery and Infertility.
She told how Laparoscopic surgery offers numerous benefits for surgeons and patients, transforming the surgical care landscape with the precision and dexterity of robotic systems, enabling superior outcomes, reduced complications, and shorter patient recovery times.
Talking about infertility, she compared the success rate of IVF in Apollo Chennai with other global hospitals, and how Apollo is making advancements in IVF. Dr. Vinutha Arunachalam said that endometriosis, heavy bleeding, abdominal pain, PID, fibroids, ovarian cysts and inability to conceive (infertility), female incontinence, recurrent miscarriage, and other gynecological complaints are all treatable, just need to be treated and known about it at the right time.
