Prime Minister Narendra Modi today celebrated Raksha Bandhan at his residence with the younger daughters of his body of workers contributors tying rakhi on his hand to mark the occasion.
Those who participated in this unique Raksha Bandhan occasion at the PM’s residence included the daughters of sweepers, peons, gardeners, drivers and others working at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
Officials shared a video of the social gathering and the PM’s interplay with them. PM Modi also shared photographs with the children.
Earlier in the day, PM Modi greeted everybody on the event of Raksha Bandhan. “Greetings to all on the special event of Raksha Bandhan,” he tweeted.
