Two men, including a police constable, have been arrested for allegedly raping an 18-year-old woman in Uttar Pradesh’s Gonda district.
The accused have been identified as constable Lakhandra, posted in Farukhabad district, and his associate Amit. Both the deceased are residents of the same village.
According to information, on April 20, the accused allegedly took the woman to a remote place outside the village and raped her. The accused also threatened the woman not to tell anyone about the incident. But later he came to know that a video clip of the incident had been uploaded online and narrated his ordeal to his family members.
