HCCB has transferred bottling operations in three territories operated by Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd, a subsidiary of TCCC. The North-East market and select areas of West Bengal will be owned and operated by Moon Beverages Private Limited. They are currently operating parts of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. HCCB is dedicated to ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption for customers, consumers, and system associates.
Sundeep Bajoria, Vice President, India Operations, for Coca‑Cola India, announced that the company plans to invest in innovation, infrastructure, technical capabilities, talent acquisition, and business expansion in the Indian market to enhance its beverage experiences. Mr. Bajoria commented, “We are committed to building stronger and more sustainable local businesses in India”.
The goal of the Coca-Cola system in India is to become a world-class production and sales organization, and the refranchising of bottling operations is focused on streamlining the supply chain in the region and raising the bar on execution.
