Investors can now receive statements in their preferred language among 23 Indian languages, ensuring a more personalized and inclusive experience.
Complementing the language initiative, the ‘CDSL Buddy Sahayta 24*7’ chatbot offers round-the-clock assistance in four languages. This technological companion is designed to guide investors through the intricacies of the securities market, promoting self-sufficiency. CDSL’s commitment to market awareness shines through with the release of a Thought Leadership Report on ‘Reimagine Digital Trust in Capital Markets,’ a collaborative effort with KPMG. Additionally, the successful completion of the ‘Neev’ campaign, a Pan-India Financial Literacy initiative across 25 cities, demonstrates the company’s dedication to spreading financial literacy.
