Phansidewa, Nov 20: A cargo truck loaded with rice sacks overturned on a flyover after it suddenly lost control. The incident took place on Ghoshpukur flyover near Siliguri on Wednesday.
According to reports, the small cargo truck loaded with rice sacks was going from Siliguri to Kishanganj. As the vehicle was climbing the Ghoshpukur flyover, one of its tyres burst, causing the driver to lose control. The truck then overturned on the road.
Fortunately, no one was reported injured in the incident. Local police from Ghoshpukur outpost rushed to the spot, recovered the overturned vehicle and began investigating the cause of the accident.
