Cambodian currency notes found in Siliguri

On Friday afternoon a local alerted traffic police guard MD Khalilul Rahman regarding the presence of foreign currency notes near a tea shop adjacent to Hotel Dolin. The foreign currency recovered from Bidhan Market. After the traffic guard recovered the foreign currency he notified the matter to the Panitanki Outpost. After this Panitanki Outpost police arrived at the spot and the notes were handed to them. According to police the recovered currency belongs to Cambodia which includes 7 notes of 1000 denominations and 26 notes of 50 denominations. The total value of the recovered notes amounts to 8,300 in Cambodian currency. Currently the police engaged in detail investigation.

This issue is actually very serious as it is a matter of international crime. People should not take it lightly as from these small things big crime can occur. In reality huge number of people from India goes to abroad every year for different purpose and they have to follow rules strictly as international crime are more serious. Today India is getting huge reputation all around the world and due to this it become very common to go abroad or for a foreigner to come India from abroad. As people are getting this facility they should not misuse it and they should live a peaceful life by following rules.
