A sit-in protest was staged by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in front of Siliguri SDO office regarding corruption with COVID vaccine.
Leaders and activists of BJP Siliguri Organizational district, on Wednesday, demanded the closure of fake vaccination camps and punishment of officials associated with Debanjan Deb, the main accused of the fake vaccination scam. At the very end of the protest, the members of the organization handed a memo to the Siliguri SDO in assistance of various demand.
Siliguri MLA Shankar Ghosh alleged corruption across the state regarding COVID vaccines. Opposing this, the party has taken various programmes in each district.
