Viplav Shah, Head of LCV Business at Ashok Leyland, expressed excitement over this expansion, noting the company’s strong foothold in the region. “We are committed to providing top-notch service, with a retention rate of nearly 70% post-warranty,” he said. In Siliguri, the market for commercial vehicles is thriving, driven by growing demand for last-mile connectivity and business logistics solutions.
