Siliguri, 08th December: In its ongoing anti-encroachment campaign The Siliguri Municipal Corporation (SMC) achieved another significant milestone. According to information an unauthorized construction on a three storey building was reportedly demolished under the directions of High Court. Actually SMC has sent multiple notices to the owner of the infrastructure. Subsequently in Jalpaiguri court a complaint was filed after the owner of the residence failed to take the necessary course of action. Following this the High Court issued an order to dismantle the unauthorized structure. In the presence of NJP police based on a court order issued on Friday The SMC dismantled the illegal construction.
As we know India is a developing country and every type of construction is going on. Actually all construction need to be done after taking permission and for this reason sometimes unauthorized construction happens. Government need to take care of this and demolished the unauthorized construction. People should not start an unauthorized construction as it is very bad for everyone and we should develop every place without breaking any rules.
