Amway India has announced a major upgrade to its Home Delivery network, marking a significant investment in digital infrastructure, national logistics partnerships and supply-chain efficiency. The company has doubled its delivery coverage from 8,000 to over 17,500 pincodes, now serving more than 90% of India. Average delivery time has fallen by 48% from 3.1 days to 1.6 days while next-day delivery performance has risen from 29% to over 55%. The company operates 23 warehouses, including facilities with Pick-to-Light technology, and currently processes more than 2 lakh monthly orders with a 99.2% Perfect Delivery Rate. A unified tracking platform and a 30-day return policy with doorstep pickup across 1,900 pincodes further strengthen customer experience.
Managing Director Rajneesh Chopra said the enhanced delivery network is now a strategic pillar supporting seamless product access. Senior Vice President Sanjeev Suri added that advanced analytics and national carrier tie-ups are turning logistics into a value-creation engine. Looking ahead, Amway plans to elevate the unboxing experience through premium and sustainable packaging, reinforcing its future-ready delivery ecosystem.
