The campaign aims to provide an inclusive platform to women Amway Direct Selling Partners and potential women entrepreneurs by supporting them in their entrepreneurial journey through skilling and offering possible growth opportunities.
Amway Direct Selling Partners shared the need for women to raise and take control while building businesses and be financially flexible.
Exclusive training sessions for women were conducted to improve their business and branding skills in an increasingly social and digitally connected world. Amway also celebrating its women employees with the initiative #ExtraordinaryinOrdinary. The women of Amway will be featured, through a virtual celebration to share their stories of resilience and courage of braving the odds both personally and professionally to inspire others. As per McKinsey, simply providing equal opportunities to women could add $770 billion i.e., more than 18% to the country’s GDP by 2025.
