After Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has reportedly tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The director-producer is currently in self-quarantine. Alia Bhatt, who was shooting with Bhansali for their upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi, has quarantined herself since both Ranbir and Bhansali have tested positive, a source confirmed to the Indian Express. This has brought the shooting of Gangubai Kathiawadi to a halt. An official confirmation on the same is awaited.
“SLB has tested positive for Covid-19, and he is under self quarantine, Alia too has quarantined herself since SLB and Ranbir both have tested positive. Everybody who has come in contact with Sanjay have taken the test,” the source said.
However, no official confirmation on the health status of either Bollywood personality has been forwarded to the media yet.
Recently, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn started shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansalis Gangubai Kathiawadi on Saturday, and a picture of the actor from the set is doing the rounds all through the day. In the image, Ajay is seen reading the script and Bhansali stands next to him.
