Actress Kangana Ranaut recalls acid attack on sister Rangoli Chandel

After a 17yr old girl faced an acid attack by men in Delhi’s Dwarka on Wednesday, Actress Kangana Ranaut has revealed about her sister Rangoli Chandel’s acid attack and how she herself was terrified after the attack. The actress told she used to forcefully hide her face with clothes most of the time when a stranger passed by her.

On Wednesday, 2 men who had cover their face were on a two-wheeler threw acid on the class 12 student a moment after she left her west Delhi residence for school. As reported by PTI, the girl has suffered burn injuries and is undergoing treatment at Safdarjung Hospital’s burn ICU. The prosecutors probably threw nitric acid on the sufferer, as said by the authorities.

Rangoli at present is living a married-life and is survived by a 5-year-old son, PrithviRaj. Most of the time she accompanies her sister Kangana to movie events and screenings. Her age was 21 when she tackled the attack and suffered third-degree burns. Actress had shared that 50% of Rangoli’s face was burnt, lost her vision, one ear melted away and a breast was badly damaged.
