Invoking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statement to Russian President Vladimir Putin that “today’s era is not of war” from September of last year, Ukraine’s First Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Dzhaparova said on Monday that India is a global leader and can aid in addressing major global challenges and promoting peace.
